FULL DAY

£35.00 (maximum 10 hours care)

HALF DAY

£20 – £25.00 (dependent on hours required)

BANK HOLIDAYS

• Full Payment if on contracted day
• Parent Holidays with four weeks notice – Half Retainer
• Parents holidays with less than four weeks notice – Full Fee
• Odd and occasional days off – Full Fee
• Child or parent sickness – Full Fee

There are no fees payable if my setting is closed at any time

All core contracted hours are to be paid for in full.

Should a parent drop a child off later than contracted, or collect early, full payment is still due.

Any additional hours /days used outside core contracted hours are to be paid for when they are requested. These fees are non-refundable should you change your mind.

Late Collection Charge £5 per half hour (rounded to the nearest half hour).

Late Payment Fee £5 per day until fee is cleared. Invoices will be issued during the last week of every month for prompt payment on 1st date of next month. If payment is not received within 7 days a polite reminder notice will be issued and late fees will be added to the amount owed.

Four weeks notice required to terminate/alter terms of contract

Payment by cash, cheque, standing order, I also accept childcare vouchers. Please note that should cheques be returned unpaid by the bank, payment in cash must be made immediately and I shall also invoice for any charges that I may incur as a result of this.
