I am open from 0700 to 1800 hrs, Monday to Friday although hours outside these times can be provided on request dependant on availability

Parents wishing to place their child in my setting must agree and sign a legally binding contract, which sets out all terms of the child minding arrangement, along with various permission forms in order to ensure the safety and well being of your child. I also ask that a child information and “about me” booklet is completed which helps me fully understand the needs of yourself and your child.

On signing contracts parents will also be given copies of my policies and procedures which give full and detailed information on how my business is operated

All new children are encouraged to visit me at home before the placement begins so they can get to know me and the other children in my care.

Children are encouraged to participate in all available activities and will be given freedom of choice as much as each situation allows.

Courtesy, good discipline, integrity and manners are a fundamental part of setting and all children are expected and encouraged to behave in an appropriate manner.

Should you wish to terminate your contract at any time, four weeks written notice is required or a month’s fees in lieu of notice.
